It is my pleasure to announce Arista’s newly appointed Vice Presidents Douglas Gourlay and Anshul Sadana.As VP of Marketing, Doug is responsible for Arista’s market leadership in 10GbE and Cloud Networking. Doug is an industry luminary in the field of networking and data centers. He is indeed a talented and strategic executive. I have had the pleasure of working with him as a friend, mentor and boss for a decade. His rare combination of skills in technology, customer and strategic marketing were instrumental in driving several key Cisco initiatives. Doug has a keen aptitude for taking complex topics and deconstructing them for customer and mass consumption. As an industry professional, he is an articulate blogger and a savvy speaker.
As VP of Customer and Systems Engineering, Anshul is responsible for the pre and post sales engineering functions to deliver the total customer experience. Anshul has deep expertise in engineering development and management with the Catalyst 4000 family at Cisco for several years. At Arista, he has taken those skills to a new level, driving product priorities, systems engineering,customer advocacy and network designs. Anshul has been a key anchor and team player, setting Arista’s product roadmap and working closely with customers.
