This service option provides you with 24x7x365 access to Arista Global TAC. Arista TAC engineers can help you resolve most of your network issues promptly. Stay up to date on bug fixes and new features by visiting the download center.
In addition to all the features of A-Care Software Service, this option provides you with continued hardware support. Just return the failed device to Arista and a replacement will be shipped out to you within 10 business days. In addition, you will receive proactive notifications from Arista about critical software or hardware issues.
A-Care Next Business
This service option is for customers who require fast turn-around hardware replacements. In addition to all advantages of A-Care Basic, your hardware will be covered by Next Business Day* advance replacements.
When deployed in mission critical networks, hardware faults may need to be served same day. For such environments, Arista offers 4-Hour* advance replacement options. A replacement part will be delivered to your location within 4 hours of getting RMA approval from Arista TAC.
The 2-Hour* service option provides the fastest possible delivery of replacement parts, maximizing uptime for the most demanding applications. A replacement part will be delivered to your location within 2 hours of getting RMA approval from Arista TAC.
